shipping
items will ship within 5-7 business days of when they are received. shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and weight. larger orders may ship in separate packages. orders may also be picked up locally during our open hours.

returns / exchanges
we are NOT able to offer returns. you may exchange an item for store credit or for another size. to do an exchange, you must pay for shipping. once we receive your item, we will process your order for the exchange. contact us to set up an exchange.
